At IM Designs we have over eight years experience in authenticating pre-loved and vintage designer goods. Within these years, we have handled thousands of designer pieces and, through extensive first-hand research, have created a small handbook which we refer to when authenticating our products. Using this handbook, each of our products are carefully checked by at least two of our experienced team members and any products which do not meet our requirements are discarded.


However, in the very unlikely occasion that an item is proven to not be authentic, we offer a full money-back guarantee to the client (providing the item has not been sold onwards). Our standard procedure in this instance would be to request the item to be sent back to our office and then refund the client the full value of their order. Once the refund is complete, we then chop the labels out of these products are discard them - they are NOT sold on as fakes.

We are not responsible for any custom charges in the destination country. The client is responsible for checking their country's customs policies BEFORE ordering - once the item is posted any additional VAT or Duty charges are for the client to pay.​ Please refer to incoterm 'DAP' (Delivered At Place) for more information.

Due to the size of our business we currently operate a STRICT no-return policy.

However, we do offer a 7-day exchange period in which the client is able to return their order, in its original condition (with tags attached) for an exchange or store credit (store credit is valid for one month). Our 7-day exchange period starts from the date you receive your order. Please note that we cannot accept exchanges on jewellery or lingerie (including swimwear). Exchanges / the issue of store credit will be initiated upon the return of the item after it has been checked over by one of our team. No exchanges or store credit will be offered on items worn, without labels, or with faults.

Orders cannot be cancelled after purchase under any circumstances. 

​Please be aware that many of these items are vintage or have been in storage for years. There may be a small scent or crinkles to the material. If there are further signs of wear, such as small marks, we will endeavour to include these in the product description.
